At The Sending Stone, we believe purchasing and cancellation terms should be clear, fair, and easy to understand.

This policy explains how cancellations work for one-time purchases, preorders, special orders, and any additional purchase options we may offer.

1. One-Time Purchases

Most products sold by The Sending Stone are one-time purchases.

We do not currently offer automatically renewing product subscriptions or recurring-payment purchase plans.

Customers are charged the amount disclosed at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes.

2. Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thesendingstone.com.

Include your order number and cancellation request.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order before fulfillment or shipping begins.

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, we will issue a full refund of the canceled purchase, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has shipped, you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Preorders and Special Orders

Certain products may be offered for preorder, special order, or custom production.

Any material cancellation restrictions for these products will be disclosed before purchase.

Preorders and special orders may be canceled before fulfillment where permitted by their disclosed terms.

Custom production may limit the ability to cancel after work has begun.

If we cannot fulfill an order within the promised shipping timeframe, we will provide applicable cancellation and refund options as required by law.

4. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

The Sending Stone does not currently offer automatically renewing merchandise subscriptions.

If subscription products are introduced in the future, we will disclose all material terms before purchase, including:

The amount and frequency of recurring charges.
When charges will begin.
Any applicable minimum commitment.
How customers can cancel.
When cancellation takes effect.

Customers will be able to cancel eligible subscriptions using the cancellation methods disclosed at signup, subject to applicable law.

Any future subscription offerings will be governed by updated, clearly disclosed terms.

We will not initiate recurring charges without the customer's informed authorization.

5. Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed promptly within applicable legal deadlines. Financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the credit.
